FOOTBALL SUMMER CAMPS

Next Level All-Sports Conditioning Camps


(Camps available for incoming grades 2nd-9th for the 2020-2021 school year)

(REGISTRATION OPENS FEBRUARY 1ST)

Next Level All-Sports Conditioning Summer Camps are week-long (Monday-Friday) speed, strength and conditioning camps geared toward all ages and sports. Athletes will be introduced to age-specific speed, strength and conditioning drills that will help increase performance and decrease injury risk. Whether your athlete is looking to improve their performance, get into shape, or get off the couch, Next Level All-Sports Conditioning Camps is your best bet!  Camps run from 10:30 am - 12:30 pm and can be selected on its own, or can be paired with a one-week flag skills or padded football camp. This will allow your child to be with us from 10:30 am - 4:00 pm for the week of the camp selected. For an even better deal, you can sign up for one of our summer package deals. All Access Summer Passes (All 5 weeks - Best Value under $9/hour) which include conditioning camps and football camps. Camp Information (Location: Junipero Serra High School)

All Sports Conditioning Camp Week 1:  Monday, June 22nd, 2020 - Friday, June 26th, 2020 (10:30 am - 12:30 pm)
All Sports Conditioning Camp Week 2:  Monday, July 6th, 2020 - Friday, July 10th, 2020 (10:30 am - 12:30 pm)
All Sports Conditioning Camp Week 3:  Monday, July 13th, 2020 - Friday, July 17th, 2020 (10:30 am-12:30 pm)
All Sports Conditioning Camp Week 4:  Monday, July 20th, 2020 - Friday, July 24th, 2020 (10:30 am-12:30 pm)


Camp Fundamentals

-  Strength - Power Clean, Squat, Bench Press, Pull-ups, Core, Plyometrics 
-  Mobility and Flexibility - including proper warm-up and cool down
-  Agility - Change of direction mechanics
-  Speed - Acceleration and stride technique
-  Conditioning - Track and bleacher workouts to increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance



Camp Format

-  Dynamic warm-up
-  Instructional weightlifting
-  Field/Track conditioning drills
-  Flexibility exercises



What to Bring to Camp

-  T-shirt and shorts
-  Tennis shoes
-  Cleats - helps but not absolutely necessary - any sports cleat with work (no metal spikes)
-  Lunch/snack/beverages (if staying for all day camp)
-  Water Bottle
