Mission Statement

Through Next Level Camps and Spring Football, we strive to give all campers an individualized, customized experience. Our motto, “YOU WILL BE KNOWN” is something we take very seriously. Our mission is to let both the parents and the campers feel comfortable in the fact that thier son will receive the proper attention and focus that they deserve, which is not usually found on a large scale summer camp environment. All our coaches have Varsity level coaching expertise and knowledge, with several years under their belts, and they are not just hired summer camp counselors. We feel that their experience helps them to better relate to campers of all levels, individualizing their approach to help each camper participate and improve during the summer.

We also provide evaluations at the end of the summer sessions which allows the camper to focus on the areas on strength and areas which may need improvement. This is just another example of how Next Level provides a special summer camp which your son will definitely remember and cherish.

To provide an educational environment, using the game of football, to teach and inspire young boys to grow into men. We have five Core Values that we try to instill in our young men on a daily basis:

  • Commitment-“We Believe”
  • Compete-“Give em Nothing”
  • Personal Accountability-“Count on Me”
  • Brotherhood-“Man to the Left and Right”
  • Work Ethic-“We Earn It”

Next Level Football is a no ego environment. Coaches are trained to put the safety and well being of the kids ahead of their own personal agendas. We strive to provide a healthy learning environment where athletes are pushed to become better athletes and human beings while maintaining the understanding that the adults are role models for these young men. Our mission is to push athletes to “Step Up” to the Next Level while providing a safe and fun learning environment.

Rules for Coaching at Next Level

  • Be Early - On time is not when practice starts. Get to the field early get your drills set up and be prepared to provide a great learning environment for your team.
  • Always be Coaching (ABC) - With a limited amount of coaches and time we don’t have enough resources to stand around and talk to each other. It is your responsibility to always be coaching that includes, stretches and agility, special teams and throughout the practice. If you are talking to a coach you are not following our ABC rule.
  • We Don’t Blame The Kids. If the kids are not mastering a drill or technique it is not their fault. You are not coaching them correctly. If it is on film and happening in the game you are coaching it.
  • We Never Shame A Kid. We always treat the players with respect and dignity. We will treat other people’s sons like they are our own boys.
  • We Will Not Cuss Around The Kids.
  • We Will Be Coaches Not Yellers. Some coaches think the more they yell at kids the better they are as a coach. Remember it is never the kids fault so don’t yell at the kids for your own shortcomings as a coach.
  • Coach The Group Not The Individual - Whenever you are presenting instruction to an individual make sure that you include the entire group. We need to coach the masses not just one player. Take the time to call the group up make a coaching point then get back to the drill.
  • We Will Be Enthusiastic - Coach with energy. The kids will feed off our energy on a daily basis. Do not bring bad days off the field onto the kids. Our Next Level kids do not deserve that
